BELLE WORKSHOP

For groups of 10-30 girls of Primary and Secondary School age and Youth Groups. This 1 hour workshop is refined according to the individual needs of each group of girls.
The workshop explores the following:
Value: inner worth
Beauty: social media and body image
Purpose: power of choice
The workshop uses conversation, testimony, media and activities; to equip, empower and encourage girls to discover their true value, beauty and purpose.
The impact of the workshop is measured with feedback forms.
BOOK
Our founder has written a book with SPCK publishing called More Than Just Pretty.
It's for girls aged 12+, including young women.

This is in order to continually equip, encourage and therefore empower young girls through the sharing of relevant pages, articles, resources etc. that cover issues surrounding self-esteem. This is in order to counteract the many issues facing girls that we believe have stemmed from social media.
The session was outstanding...I would have no hesitation in recommending her sessions to anyone working with young people where there is a need to improve selfÂ-worth and selfÂ-esteem.
